In total, the USDA is looking to buy 815,600 pounds of frozen Alaska pollock products. Specifically, the USDA is looking to buy 380,000 pounds worth of frozen Alaska pollock sticks in 40-pound cartons and 435,6000 pounds worth of frozen pollock packaged in 49.5 containers.
